1. Services
24Seven Design is a creative design studio helping founders go from zero to one. We offer brand design, UI/UX design, website development, and other related services. All service engagements are subject to individually agreed-upon scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website without permission.
Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful material.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, visuals, and designs created by 24Seven Design remain the intellectual property of 24Seven Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment and project completion, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.
We reserve the right to showcase completed or in-progress work (including non-final concepts) in our portfolio, website, and social media channels unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
a. Payment Terms
Projects typically require an upfront advance before work begins, followed by milestone-based payments as defined in the project proposal or agreement.
b. Refund Policy
Only the advance payment is eligible for a refund.
Refunds are granted only if the project is canceled mutually before Milestone 1 begins.
Once Milestone 1 has started, no refunds will be issued.
Any refund request must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver quality work, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if the client breaches these terms, fails to communicate, or engages in unethical behavior. Any pending payments for work completed up to that point will still be due.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Patiala, Punjab.
